About Adam

Adam Johnson began serving as the Director of Music at Landmark Baptist Chruch in August of 2005. Raised in Baptist churches, Adam has been involved in church music from the time he accepted Christ as Saviour at a very early age. As a high school student he served as pianist at West Heights Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA and as a college student worked as Interim Director of Music at McClendon Baptist Church, also in West Monroe.

Adam's primary occupation is orchestral trombone performance. He is currently employed as the second trombonist in the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to his duties in Fort Wayne, Adam has performed with orchestras throughout the state of Indiana. He also teaches private trombone lessons to high school and college students and is currently completing work toward his doctoral degree in trombone performance.

In June of 2003, Adam was married to his wife Rebecca. Since then they have enjoyed serving God together and are very excited about the work that God is doing at Landmark.
