Pastor Gary Woodring answered God's call in 1980. He is a graduate of Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock, Arkansas with a Bachelor's Degree in Bible Languages and Bachelor's Degree in Theology. He also holds a Masters in Theology from Oxford Baptist Insititute located in Oxford, Mississippi.

Pastor Woodring has also served as a faculty member at Oxford Baptist Institute as well as with Indiana Baptist Theological Institute of Theology and Missions.

He has served as pastor for churches in Arkansas, Alabama and is currently at Landmark Baptist Church in Anderson, Indiana since October of 1997.

His wife Cathy is the love of his life and has served faithfully by his side since they married in 1978. They have three children; Amanda, a registered nurse living in Evansville Indiana with her husband Andy; Jonathan who is attending the Missionary Baptist Seminary and lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife Kristine; and Tim who surrendered to ministry in August of 2007, and is enrolled at Indiana Baptist Institute and is seeking God's direction and purpose for his life.

Pastor Gary & Sister Cathy also now have a granddaughter, Hana Niah Woodring, born March 6th, 2007.
